Confernece Facilities

The newly appointed Ivybridge Town Hall provides a modern and convenient location for a wide variety of commercial and social events. Its central position in the Town Centre makes it ideal for local needs and offers highly competitive rates for local needs and the business community (within easy reach of Plymouth via the A38 and the park and ride Railway Station). There is ample car parking adjacent to the building and is well designed to cater for the disabled and elderly - a lift is available.

Scale of Charges  2007 / 2008 (All Excluding VAT)

Booking periods:

Morning: up to 1.00 pm

Afternoon: 1.00 pm to 6.00 pm

Evening: After 6.00 pm (11pm max, unless by previous arrangement)
An OHP and screen, TV and video are available by arrangement.~
Catering and Secretarial support can also be provided. (eg photocopying, faxing, etc)

A discount of 10% will be allowed for all Ivybridge residents (as per electoral register) and all Ivybridge Organisations (as per list held by Tourist Information Centre).

Wedding Ceremonies/Large Social Events

  • Wedding Receptions and large parties  £207  (day/evening) including use of the kitchen and all public rooms
  • Social Events - large parties, anniversaries etc £103 (evening) including use of kitchen and all public rooms

(Commercial) Large exhibitions, craft fairs, trade fairs.
£259 (all day) including use of the kitchen.

(Social) Club meetings, social functions and small parties, coffee mornings, concerts, plays etc.  (N.B. Annual General Meetings will, at the discretion of the Town Council, be free of charge).  Charitable and non-profit making organisations may also be included in this category for exhibitions.

£44 (per session) including use of kitchen.
