Conference and Wedding Facilities
Ivybridge Town Hall provides a modern and convenient location for a wide variety of commercial and social events. Its central position in the Town Centre makes it ideal for local needs and offers highly competitive rates for local needs and the business community (within easy reach of Plymouth via the A38 and the park and ride Railway Station). There is ample car parking adjacent to the building and is well designed to cater for the disabled and elderly - a lift is available.
Scale of Charges 2009 / 2010 (All Excluding VAT)
Booking periods:
Morning: up to 1.00 pm
Afternoon: 1.00 pm to 6.00 pm
Evening: After 6.00 pm (11pm max, unless by previous arrangement)
An OHP and screen, TV and video are available by arrangement.~
Catering and Secretarial support can also be provided. (eg photocopying,
faxing, etc)
A discount of 10% will be allowed for all Ivybridge residents (as per electoral register) and all Ivybridge Organisations (as per list held by Tourist Information Centre).
