Community Information for Ivybridge
Ivybridge Community Association
We are an umbrella organisation for Community Groups wishing to use the Community Centre. We aim to own and manage the Community Centre and to promote social and recreational activities for the benefit of members and those living within Ivybridge and surrounding area.
We charge £10.. per annum - payable at the Annual General Meeting. Members can then have the Community Centre at the reduced membership rate for functions.
Recent memorable events has included receiving a lottery grant of £45,000 to enable purchase of Chapel Place from the Town Council. We also participated in the Carnival and Arts Week, and we have launched a Millennium Garden Fund to create a sensory/disabled garden at Chapel Place.
