Clerical Assistant
Ivybridge Town Council

£15,246 - £16,123 pro rata
Permanent
Part Time 28 hours per week; to include Wednesday

Interview Date        Friday 4th May 2018

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team player to support our administrative function.

The role will support the team at  the Town Hall and the Watermark, working in both locations.  You will be required to complete various administrative tasks such as electronic filing, photocopying, typing letters, updating website and preparing agendas for despatch. You will also provide our front of house role at the Information Centre and provide assistance with events.

You should;

- have a good level of maths and English;
- have previous experience in a clerical role;
- be confident and competent in the use of ICT;
- be customer focused and a good communicator;
- have knowledge of the local area.
