Meeting and Wedding Facilities

Ivybridge Town Hall provides a modern and convenient location for a wide variety of commercial and social events. Its central position in the town centre makes it ideal for local needs and it offers highly competitive rates for both local need and the business community (within easy reach of Plymouth via the A38 and the park and ride railway station). There is ample car parking adjacent to the building and the building itself is well designed to cater for the disabled and elderly - a lift is available.

Scale of Hire Charges 2011 / 2012 (All Excluding VAT)

Booking periods:

Morning: up to 1.00pm
Afternoon: 1.00pm to 6.00pm
Evening: After 6.00pm (until 11.00pm latest unless by previous arrangement)

An OHP (conventional or Powerpoint) and screen, TV and video are available by arrangement.  Catering and secretarial support can also be provided (eg photocopying, faxing etc).

A discount of 10% will be allowed for all Ivybridge residents (as per electoral register) and all Ivybridge organisations.

The Town Hall is registered for Marriage Ceremonies. Please contact the Registrar at South Hams District Council, tel 01803 861181. 
 

Conferencing & Banqueting at The Watermark

The Town Council is also proud to offer our excellent conferencing facilities in The Watermark.  On offer we have our bright and elegant Stowford Hall and Henlake Suite, perfect for conferences, meetings, exhibitions, banqueting, parties, wedding receptions with the benefit of on-site catering.
